I don't see a bright future for hard cold cash...
not long ago it would have been unthinkable for a business to deny cash payments.
Many self-serve checkouts don't allow you to use "CASH" as payment for groceries.
I got a disappointed look from the store manager the other day when
I missed his handwritten sign stating that they didn't accept cash... I inserted the cash. No Sale.. No Acceptance.
The manager typed in a code.... the machine spit the cash back out.
I had to choose other payment option.
I should have chosen another store, but then they are all like this now.

The first thing I notice about the new date is how much easier it is to type than 2019.
